Senior Enterprise Architect — IT Strategy, Transformation & AI Governance

Connecting strategic vision to operational execution. Over 20 years structuring complex information systems — and questioning what artificial intelligence really changes.

Portrait of Laurence Poussard

About

Enterprise Architect and Senior Manager, I work at the intersection of corporate strategy, information systems transformation and technology governance.

With over 20 years of experience in complex environments — industry, agri-food, critical infrastructure — I support executive leadership, business units and IT in the decisions that durably shape information systems: transformation trajectories, architecture governance, application modernization, AI integration.

My positioning: translating business ambitions into architectures, governance frameworks and sustainable technology trajectories — with particular attention to the organizational, security and geopolitical impacts of technology choices, especially in AI.

Technical foundations — Systems Analyst (A-Novo) · Delphi & .NET Lead Developer (Saverglass) · Software Engineer (SoftConcept & Groupe Arcole)

Application development across banking, pharmaceutical, logistics and B2B/B2C environments; system overhauls, migrations, technical standards and developer mentoring — the foundation on which the architectural perspective was built.

Leadership

I don't ask organizations for a self-awareness I wouldn't apply to myself: I had my own leadership practice assessed through a Leadership Circle Profile 360°. The results confirm what clients and teams experience day to day — a posture grounded in self-awareness, systems thinking and authenticity, with few controlling or defensive reflexes. Data-backed proof that I practice continuous architecture in how I lead, not only in how I design systems.

A book that extends a stance

AMAZON ÉDITIONS · 2025

Nous venons du chaos, l'IA de la logique

A book (in French) that extends the intellectual stance running through my entire practice: rejecting simplistic narratives about AI — neither technological utopia nor unfounded panic — to give decision-makers and organizations back the means to think and act.
