I don’t claim to hold absolute truths or to impose a perfect methodology. What I share here—through this manifesto, these articles, and these reflections—represents my convictions, forged through field experience, successes, but also everyday doubts and observations.

Is this the only right direction? Probably not. But it is a direction that seeks to bring meaning back to our technological choices, to protect the collective, and to anchor our information systems in the long term.

If these ideas resonate with you, my primary wish is to create a space for dialogue and collective intelligence.

What I aim to share and bring to life

Rather than imposing rules, I seek to spark reflection and open spaces for exchange, whether within my organization or with peers who share these same questions:

  • Debating our IT habits: Questioning our practices (scoping, AI governance, knowledge transfer, digital sobriety) without dogmatism, but with a drive to be genuinely useful and effective.
  • Bridging Business & Technical perspectives: Using these reflections as an opportunity to talk, ensure mutual understanding, and break down barriers of miscommunication.
  • Circulating memory and experience: Sharing what works, analyzing operational friction, and learning together to avoid reinventing the wheel or needlessly accumulating technical debt.

How to take this further?

A manifesto or a conviction is only as valuable as the echo it finds and the way it is enriched by the collective.
